I think the girls that are circumcised don't have one. Girls from some parts of african and the middle east are circumcised. yes i think they start to grow one

Your clitoris is formed when you are, you're born with one. Like someone else said, in some countries they practice female circumcision (female genital mutilation, FGM), in which the clitoris is removed surgically. Other than that, every girl should have one. If you're asking out of more than just general curiosity, then you really should see a doctor about it if you're having questions about your own body.
