I suppose if you are going back and forth you COULD "technically" but it's not likely. That would be like getting pregnant by rubbing your crotch on a sheet that has wet sperm on it. I'd get a kit and find out yourself. Some of them are fast enough to work even long before a missed period. Remember do the kit with the first urine of the morning. It will be more accurate. I honestly don't think so. There is a very very very slim possiblity but one of you would have to be SUPER SUPER fertile to get pregnant from the sperm on a fingertip. Unless his finger went way way up there it's probably not likely at all. The penis gets right up close to your cervix when it ejactulates (usually) which pushes all the spermies into the uterus. Any sperm that were on the finger probably didn't live anyway, they don't do well outside of the male or female body (and in intercourse where the man ejactulates, most of the sperm die on the way to the uterus anyway). It is possible to get pregnant even if the penis isn't right up next to the cervix, but since a penis wasn't even close to your cervix I would say you're safe. Maybe you got stressed out, worried that you could be pregnant, stress can DEFINITELY cause a period to be late. Maybe all the hormones that got excited from your intimate encounter set off your rhythm. I wouldn't worry about it.
