Does anyone know any good stomach exercises. had a baby 4 mths ago and my muscles have seperated abit.?

Definitely try Pilate's. It is a low key way to strengthen your muscles and tone them while done in a relatively short workout. I use Denise Austin's Hit the Spot Pilates workout and for each different spot there is a ten minute workout. I found the DVD at Target but you can also look up her website. She also has a DVD for pregnancy and an after birth specific workout. You may like to look into that as well. Good luck =)
i do this thing called Pilate's and it really helps with working all muscles and especially toning tummy muscles
