Has anyone ever had a cyst (pimple like) on their labia?

Go to your Dr. He is the only one who can tell you what it is. I had a pimple or what I thought was a pimple. It turn out to be Cancer. I listened to my friends. My Dr. found it in time. Go to your Dr. Yes, it's more common then you think. I would say it is like a white head under the fleshy part of you vaginal lip. The best treatment would be to sit in warm water for relief and go to your gynecologist. It might become painful or burst, so wear a sanitary napkin to reduce the pain. The key is to draw it to a head so it will pop. I know it sounds gross, but it is what it is. Once it does pop, you will feel better and the warm water will help the pain.

I saw this on The View! Do not touch it. If you try to pop it, it could cause a bad infection. It could be a pimple, or a cyst. Go to the Gyno if it doesn't go away. If it is a cyst, they will drain it. They said this is very common amongst women, and to not be embarrassed.

Yes I have had them. You just have to wait and the darn things burst by themselves. They will also hurt quite a bit.Good Luck.
