Is Fish good in Pregnancy some say good some say bad there was article in TIME MAG ZINE FISH IS NOT GOOD help?

Question:
IS FISH GOOD INPREGNANCY?

Answers:
According to the fishing guidelines of Massachusetts-pregnant women should not eat fresh water fish (fish caught in a lake or stream) because of high toxin levels (specifically mercury levels). Most fish caught in the open sea are still safe, AS WELL as well as farm fed fish. However fish is high in Omega 3 which may promote infant brain and eye growth.
i found a good website to go to discussing this situation:
