Does a lump in your breast hurt?

I think i feel a little lump in my breast because it has been hurting the last few days. I don't know if it is the spot that hurts or it hurts because i have been feeling for the lump so much lately. I don't feel it all the time, and i know i am going to call the doctor tomorrow but i am scared. I had a baby a year ago and i don't think it is milk ducts anymore. I had that once a long time ago, one was clogged, but i haven't breastfed in 10 months! sorry. i just want to know if anyone has experienced it.

yes some hurt others don't and it doesn't mean one way or another. the only sure thing is: Don't neglect it !!!!
