Also, walk 30 minutes a day, as fast as you can.
Exercise. Take a walk in a park or if you prefer to stay indoors hit the local mall and do laps there. Aerobics are key and be sure to get the bulk of your food from cereals/grains, fruits, veggies, and lean meats. Limit sweets and empty calories. Drink lots of water, at least 8 cups a day. If you are the type that eats when bored, when you feel the urge to eat drink a glass of water and find something to do for 15 minutes. Just stay active and eat right.
