My best friend had something like this and we were really worried and it turned out to be just a fatty tumor. She didn't have it removed but it was her decision. It was a relief cause it was just a deposit of fat. Hope all works out for you GF.
It could be bone spur..........muscle tear........tumor not necessarily malignant......a cyst......or just a blurp in the film! Please try to relax she needs you k!
