Depends on the severity of the disease. I am a recovering Anorexic and have problems with weigh issues as well as Kidney problems. I spent 7 years starving myself to the point that my body was burning my Kidney's for energy. There are many health issues related to Anorexia including but not limited to heart, kidney, weight, etc. You may want to talk to a Dr. about what other health issues could be suffered.
