If you're talking about Depo Provera, it all depends on where you live and if you have insurance. I pay for mine out of pocket at Sam's Club pharmacy and only pay $59. When I had to pay for it at Rite Aid without insurance I had to pay $89. I have insurance (Carelink through husband's company) and they won't cover my Depo. My copay for that specific prescription is $75...lol. So, I'm better off paying $59 out of pocket every 3 months. Figures. What good is insurance if you can't use it?
