i am always tired, what can i take to give me energy?

i work out fairly often and i try to eat as healthy as possible. i get 7-8 hours of sleep of night, and yet, i am still ALWAYS tired! :-( I also take vitamins!! i have even had my blood tested and the doctor says my blood is "beautiful".....

i just do not know what else to do...

Stress could be the culprit. Try doing yoga, it rejuvinates your spirit and i know i feel sooo much better. When the doctor checked you did he check for hypothyroidism? Because that will make you lethargic. I have that and i take pills to to keep my hormones at the right level. Also, i don't know how old you are but you might be experiencing premenopausal symptoms. If you've had hot flashes or moodiness maybe you should see your obgyn and have him take a simple blood test, that one test can check for so many different things. You may try getting maybe an hour more of sleep, that could make all the difference. Or taking a short 20-30 minute nap during the day. Try not to drink any caffinated drinks a few hours before bed.
