Generally, even when you have some accident, the baby is pretty safe in your Uterus. He/she is surrounded by fluid and protection. Perhaps you are feeling different because you are afraid some HAS happened.
9 times out of 10, when something goes wrong, you will bleed...you can have pain and be uncomfortable as your uterus will have to contract to expell the baby.
