Questions concerning, Fatique, shortness of breath, rapid heart beat, aching feet, sleepiness and tireness.?
Question:
Answers:
Being out of breath is a very common problem for smokers, and not getting enough oxygen into your system because you are out of breath is what is causing the fatigue you feel. This is usually a precursor to much more serious lung problems down the line, like COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). If you want to feel better, QUIT SMOKING. Exercise and water are not going to solve this problem for you. Talk to your doctor about the best way for you to go about stopping.
Other Answers:
go to the doctor and get a blood test. I had all those symtoms and it was not from not drinking water but rather from Grave's Disease. Good luck
I would check with a doctor. It could be a number of things, some of which could be serious or warrant prescription medication. Your doctor can check for these medical conditions.
