Any ladies on here can tell me how to do pelvic floor excercises?

A good effective excercise, can you describe to me how to do it?

Answers:
Once you get the hang doing kegels, no one should be able to tell you're doing it, so you can excercise these muscles pretty much anytime anywhere. If you can't find the muscles, they're the same ones you use to hold in pee... while going to the bathroom, try stopping peeing midstream, and you've found them. Just try to tighten everything "down there". Once you've found them, a good kegel should focus on duration and strength rather than speed. So slowly squeeze a little bit, hold for a second, squeeze harder and hold, and repeat until you cant squeeze those muscles any tighter (take about 3 to 5 seconds/squeezes to get there), and hold that for a count of 5. Then relax the same way, little by little (the opposite of what you just did). Youre supposed to do a few hundred of these a day, but if you just do a few here and there when you think of it, it still helps.
