Is there any way I could possibly be pregnant?

Question: I started my period on July 19 and ended on July 27. Its now Aug 3 and I have been sick to my stomach for 3 days. I am also on Darvocet and Motrin 800 for extreme shoulder pain. Its just that the sickness feels sort of like when I had morning sickness with my son. I just can't imagine that I would have gotten pregnant so quickly in my cycle. Its usually a 28 day cycle.

Anytime you have unprotected sex, you run the risk of getting pregnant. You could have gotten pregnant in June and what you thought was your period in July was actually bleeding in early pregnancy. That is a scenario I have seen too many times in 12 years of working ob/gyn. On the other hand, it could just be the Darvocet; one of the side effects is nausea. If there is a possiblity of pregnancy happening in June, I would seek the attention of a physician and ask for a Beta Quantitative Analysis blood test. It will tell you definitively whether you are pregnant or not and approximately how far along you are. The doctor may want to reevaluate what pain meds you should be taking during pregnancy.

its different for some women but typically u sont ovulate until 14 days after your start of your last period. so you could be but the chances are slim.

Yes, you could be pregnant, however, I doubt that you would feel sick so soon. It could also be from the Darvocet. One of the side effects of that medication is nausea.
