Three months and still no period..?

Question:

Since I had my baby, I still havent had a period. Ive had period for six weeks after baby, then went on the patch but stopped it after a month. My last menstruation was around June and Im worried because I still havent had one since.. Is there something wrong? Ive tested four times already, to check if Im pregnant but all negative. Im not athlethic, what I usually do everyday is take care of my baby and chores at home. I dont know it that's a reason that Im not active or anything but I seriously need help.. I havent called my doctor, I know I should but Ive been busy with the baby and I have problem with rides going to the doctor so .. I thought Id just ask here first, if that's my only resort. HELP. TY.

If you are nursing it will take a while longer before you get your period. However, if you are nervous you should speak to your doctor, just to be sure that everything is as it should be.

Are you breast feeding? Because when I had my daughter I didd'nt start my first, actual period for almost 7 months after because I was breast feeding her. My doctor told me that was perfectly normal though, so if that's the case I would'nt worry to much about it.
