anyone have asthma?

ive had asthma since i was three.
ive been on ventalin and beckertide as my medication.

does anyone know if having asthma or taking this medication gives you a bloated bellie? or any other side effects?

The brain takes first priority over water consumption and when dehydrated, many symptoms can occur. Water drawn from sponges in the joints is arthritis. When our cells form a waxy substance around them to conserve water, that is cholestoral. When water is drawn upon from the postules in the lungs that help us breath due to dehydration, our lungs close up to conserve that water and we call it asthma.

Try drinking half your body weight in ounces of water daily to reduce your need for medications. Ex: 150 pounds = 75 ounces.

i have it but the only side effect i get is the shake after a treatment.

most asthma medications are steroids which could cause some abnormal reaction (such as weight gain or temporary bloating). yea i've had asthma since i was 4 .yea i take the same medication. but i don't know if they do that.

I got adult onset asthma & had a real hard time with it, hospitalizd for 7 days. I see a pulmonoligist & he put me on Advair which made a big difference. It's a maintenence dry powder inhaler used twice a day & have a treatment machine at home. try to get with an asthma case manager so they can help you set up a plan of action to follow when your peak flow starts to drop.
As far as a bloated belly, if it is only bloating & not a weight gain exercise helps a lot. Exercise will also help with any weight gain you may experience from the steroid meds & help you feel better in general. i had asthma since i was born and i dont take dose medicines i take the xopenlin thingy or something liek that and adviar
