My friend sometimes has her boyfriend finger her and....?

Question: she doesn't shave...she kinda wants to but she doesn't take a shower everyday and so like she thinks it'll grow back in those few days and be itchy...she's only 13 so she won't go get waxed...please don't comment on the whole 13-year-old-getting-fingered thing...and also...she's concerned about if she has a pantiliner on and he trys to do that stuff...like what will his reaction be...what should she do???
