wheres my growth spurt?!?

Question: MKAAY SO i am turning 14 hella soon like in three days. in these past two yrs ive liked gotten one inch taller?! whats happening? well it come later? is my nutrition bad or something?im a girl btw if that helps.

It will vary from individual to individual. Apparently yours has not begun yet. A good indicator of when your growth will increase is the onset of puberty. If you were a little later than other girls, your growth spurt will occur later. You will also be more disposed to a longer life.

It could be anywhere from 12 to 24 years of age. I do not know if your nutrition is bad, just eat quite a few vegetables and fruits, as well as some protein.

Do not worry about such things as this. You will begin your growth spurt when it is time. Young people with good nutrition generally become taller than their parents.
