Is there a way to help me with my PMS /PMT?

I am the ***** queen from hell once a month, I cry, I scream, I shout, I throw things, I snap at people, but I don't mean it, I have tried everything from taking vitamins and changing my diet but nothing helps me!

You might want to see your family physician to see if they can recommend something. I personally live on chocolate and pamprin (pms pills) for a week. But your doctor is the best person to seek advice from when it comes to your health, they know you best.

One more thing you could do is visit Chinese medicine practitioner, they may prescribe herbs or acupuncture can be helpful too.
Have you tried yoga and meditation? Find a yoga studio near you, really concentrate on your yoga practice, when you feel like screaming. All this has helped me a lot, including Chinese medicine ( as a practitioner of 'Western medicine' I had my doubts but it does work) and yoga.
