I take a shower and shampoo my hair every evening, seven days a week. I also sometimes shower during the day if I have engaged in a sweaty activity. I do it for myself as well as my girlfriend and any others who come in contact with me. I think we owe it to each other not to emit offensive body odors. But personal hygiene applies to both sexes. Not all guys smell bad. Not all women smell good.
