If it's a sharp stabbing pain that comes and goes and makes you very sick it could be your gall bladder. Go get it checked out just in case. I had my gall bladder removed but before the surgery I had sharp stabbing pains that went through my chest into my back, right between my shoulder blades. It made it very hard to breathe. Hope this helps.
sounds like gas take some anti gas meds see if that helps
