Why am I so tired?

Question:
Just recently when I have been at work I have been feeling really, really tired when working on my computer. I literally keep dozing off but after 20 minutes or so, I seem to be fine again. Could this be something to do with my diet or eyesight, or maybe even an illness? I really can't keep my eyes open!

Answers:
There are too many causes of tiredness to list in here that's for certain. If there is no obvious answer that you can see,for example, poor posture at your desk,or too much work and thus too much stress at work, and therefore insufficient breaks,or even sheer bordom at whatever you're doing, then I would strongly consider a visit to the GP to rule in what might be the ultimate cause, and rule out any serious or long-term illness.Without our health we are nothing, with our health we are everything. When there is something wrong which has no obvious reason, then find a reason for going to your GP for a checkup. It could be something as easy as eye strain,or you simply need an eye test. Either way, please don't speculate..be sure and see your GP. All the very best.Alan L

Other Answers:
Perhaps you have sleep apnea. This is when a person stops breathing hundreds of times during the night, but is unaware of it. The result is poor quality sleep, and daytime fatigue. Perhaps you should go to a pulmonary specialist, who can refer you to a sleep lab. Then can then prescribe a CPAP machine to regulate your breathing while sleeping. If you snore, you probably do have sleep apnea.

have you been checked for diabetis..are you working too hard are your stress levels too high is your diet high in junk food.i would get checked out by a doctor . You may perhaps need to change your diet. But I would see an optician to get your eyes tested as you may need glasses, see your doctor too.

try doing meditation and also go on a healthy diet . Eat well , slepp well during night time properly . I think because of weakness you are feeling tired and sleepy
Dont skip your food ,
have a sound slepp at night .

don't ask me! ask your doctor! Hypnosis may be able to help you to relax more deeply and then feel more energised.

I suggest you look up your local licensed practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
