Your youngster may still be teething and if you ask a health visitor they will reassure you that when a child is suckling it is quite normal for their mother to still produce milk, especially if the mother wanted to breast feed in the first instance but wasn't successful. Milk production up the childs 5 year is quite normal. You could be expecting again but if not if you are worried go to your GP, make sure you wear a good supportive bra and I know it sounds stupid but cooked COLD cabbage leaves helps engorged breasts to be relieved and reduce the milk production. If the child sleeps in the same room as you this too can stimulate milk production due to normal hormone secretions made by the mother when her child suckles during the night. BUT!! you can buy a bra that asorbeds when that happens and i wont get all over ur shirt
