Give me some reasons not to go out and buy cigerrettes right now?

Question:
I'm quitting and it's been 14 day and I'm thinking (irrationally) that I've made it this far, I can smoke one and it won't matter. Right? Help me.

Other Answers:
the money to be spent on a cigarette can be given to a needy

becaause your wasting and throwing away your life you need to find something to do to distract yourself for awhile. have someone you know hide your keys so you can't go out, and if you have to go out have someone with you. your doing good, don't give up that easily!

you can but then it will take you a little longer to quit

Cigarettes is not good for your health and it is against with your thought to stop smoking !

because you could buy you and me a candy bar instead,

also have you ever looked at the little kids that go by you and cover their mouth and nose because they cant breathe because of you and your smoking?that woulld embaress me!

your house, car, clothes, hair, and breath probably smell a whole lot better already. Because you'll have to start your quitting over from day one . and remember how bad those first few days were? You'll be back to that again . I'm going on 26 days today . tough it out baby girl . one will matter. I went went 18 days and thought I could have one . and was back at square one as far as the quitting goes.

Just think . think how good you feel . no more morning wheezing . no more stinky fingers . your perfume and shampoo smell good all day . think about how far you've come .

If you've made it this long without them..don't ruin it now. I smoke and I want to quit too! Think of your kids (if you have any) and the second-hand smoke and how it affects them. Chew some gum, put a toothpick or straw in your mouth. Get busy and try not to think about it. Or go somewhere where you can't smoke until the craving goes away! Be strong! Good luck! Just think of what you can buy with all the money you aren't spending on smokes! :) *LUNG CANCER*
bad breath
unhealthy & smelly hair
yellow nails
yellow teeth
bad cough
you'll smell like cigarette
they're to expensive
Do you need more reasons? Think about your health and how you and you're loved ones will suffer if you develop cancer or another disease caused by smoking. Be strong, keep yourself busy! This is what I call a slow process of suicide. Smoking one now will get you hooked on it again. Just fight the urge. Go for a jog, get in to something that keeps your mind busy. Get some support from friends and surround yourself with these people.
You're doing great. Don't bother turning back now.

Keep moving forwards!
