do topical strechmark cremes really work?

Question: I have alot of strechmarks from having a baby. Please if anyone has tried any topical cremes or even surgery let me know if it worked and your recomondations. ONLY ANSWER IF YOU HAVE PERSONAL EXPEIRIENCE, i cant stand people who put their 2cents in and they have no clue.
