Of course. My whole family and a group of friends,
all support and encourage each other to make our
appointments or keep our appointments. We also
go together in groups. We make it a girls day out,
we have our mammograms, then we go out to eat,
hit the stores and have ourselves a blast!!!

There are simple ways to check yourself. However, during this special month dedicated for the breast cancer awareness, every female beyond 30 years of age must be encouraged to get her breasts examined at a hospital with dedicated OPD services towards this end.

Time is at a premium now-a-days and we hardly find time for ourselves. Organizing such events all across the globe is a tedious event, but is done so that certain amount of awareness is created and individuals motivated to take care of their health. Since breast cancer incidence is on a rise, and this is one of the top two cancers that is seen in the females, it is all the more important that awareness is generated and females can get themselves checked up.
