i have serious irregularities in my menstrual cycle.?

Question:
i have serious irregularities in my menstrual cycle. the variations sometimes take me to menstruating twice a month. here is a sequence for 3 months as an example. In June i had it on 18 june, and in July, 11 July, August, 6 August and 26 August, in Sept, 25. Earlier on i noticed that i had to count minus 6 days for every month which works sometimes but not always. How best do i calculate this cycle. Thanks.

Answers:
Some teens may develop irregular periods - or stop having periods altogether - as a result of a hormone imbalance. Disorders of the thyroid gland can cause menstrual irregularities if the levels of thyroid hormone in the blood become too low or too high. Some women have irregular periods because their bodies produce too much androgen, which is a hormone that causes increased muscle mass, facial hair, and deepening of the voice in males and the development of pubic hair and increased height in girls. High amounts of androgen can also cause hair growth on the face, chin, chest, and abdomen, and is sometimes associated with excessive weight gain.

periods change with age, stress, work, etc. not to mention pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause. changes can also be due to health problems like fibroids and cysts. the best thing if you're concerned is to see a doctor. early detection of problems is key to being cured.
