help! fear of water!?
Question:
Answers:
you have a basic fear of murky water which apparently is driving you banty. Here is a solution. Conquer your fear by visiting the place with someone you trust. Know that most things living in the waters do not like human contact and will swim away from load splashing of any kind. Use a long stick to splash the water before going in. Always pay attention to were you are. Watch for bushes and stumps. Particularly in water and stay clear of it. Always try to move to running water but watch for strong undercurrents. Trust me. We swim in a nearby river and creeks alot. I wouldn't take my boys (8 and 5) in there without knowing about the area first. This may help you and I truly hope it does.

The only way to get over a fear is to face it over and over again and overcome your subconcious thinking that there is something there even though there is nothing there thats really going to hurt you.

hydrophobia.. the fear of water
cure: get in the water and have some fun with friends for a couple of hours
well if this is a fear, come set sail on my boat. enough of what you fear might make you less scared of it. Only way you'll be overboard on my boat is if you don't listen to what the call from the tiller says. example, "prepare to tack!" means duck the boom is comming around very soon. there's a reason they call the horizontal piece the "boom". Welcome aboard..
