there is no magical way to lose weight. You have to control the amount of calories you consume and exercise. Go swimming, Jog with friends, walk in the park with friends, or go to the Gym or do it all in different days so you can have a variaties of things to do and wont get bored of just one thing. Also look for a partner maybe a friend to support each other and make it fun also. You also have to be patient it might take time to actually lose the weight you want, doesnt happen in just one day.
