Can I marry a girl with a same blood type? if no why?
Question:
Answers:
Of course. The dangers when it comes to haveing children sten from having opposite Rh factors. If you are type O+ you can marry and/or have children with a person of the the same blood type or A+,B+ or AB+ or whatever. You should not, however, try to make babies with a person who is Rh - no matter what blood type she is.
Other Answers:
Sure why would you think that you can't? My uncle and aunt have the same blood type.
Sure, have at it.
sure, why not.
Yeah, I cant think of any reason why that would matter at all.
Yep, my husband and I are both O neg.
yes but I don't think it will last
THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH NOTHIN.
yes u can my dad and mom have the same blood type and they have been married for 24 years
I'm not sure..
but I rememebered my teacher told me something about that if the couple do have kids.
then the mother might reject the baby .when she's still having the baby that is
oh wait nvm xD same blood type?
I don't think there's anything to do with it
of course, that has nothing to do with getting married. ``
so?
yes, but if she is your sister than NO
yep as long as it's not a relative
if you marry her and have children might have a birth defect in child
That's a good idea, actually. Always someone there to give blood!
Yeah it would probably b a good thing in case ,god forbid, anything happened you could give blood and vis versa
Yeah, why not
you can marry anyone you want, it doesn't matter what blood type they are.
yes. no worries at all.
unless she's closer than several cousins away in your family! even then. hell. its just a chance.
go for it.
Same is okay.
Blood type only comes into play if you plan on having children. Then the positive/negative factor comes into play. Other than that it's a non-issue.
Of course you can! What made you think it was possibly otherwise?
Why not? :)
You love each other and want to spend the rest of your lives together, and that is the most important thing in the world :) There's a little bonus to someone else who's close to you being with the same blood type as you are. In an extreme emergencies, you can be "blood donors" for each other and not looking for someone random off the street (so to speak) who can help you out in this :)
Go ahead. Absolutely no problem with that.. My parents have the same blood group. As far as youll are not related in any manner, its absolutely fine
Your worry is legitimate. However the answer is Yes as many of the other people have mentioned. There may be potential disadvantage if a man with a different Rh group (a typing of blood)
marries with a women with a different Rh group. In that situation the children might have some degree of jaundice during mother's pregnancy. A same blood group in a sense is best.
No problem at all.
Yes you can and have children and live a happy life!
Same blood type is fine same DNA is bad.
yes u can. its gonna be beneficial in the long run.
Yes, marrying someone with the same blood type is fine. In fact marrying someone with a different blood type is fine, too.
There are potential problems that can arise with pregnancy if you and your spouse have DIFFERENT blood types. Even then, it's more of an issue for your babies than for the two of you. They have shots they give at certain points in the pregnancy if your blood types aren't compatible. I think it's usually an issue when the wife has A negative and the husband is not A negative.
As far as legally being able to marry, you have nothing to worry about. Even if they do a blood test (most states don't require it), they're not testing for "compatibility", they're testing for serious diseases like syphilis and rubella.
So move on with your life and marry that woman of the same blood type!
