Little, red bumps that hurt?

Question: Ok so i have this cut on my elbow rite? And i noticed this red bump. It hurts reaaally bad if you just brush against it. It sorta looked like a zit, and then it started bleeding. I think I have one on my knee to, but it doesnt look like a zit, its just a red bump. it hurts reeallly bad, and its the first time ive every gotting one of these! WHAT ARE THEY? (ps: Im 12 1/2 if that helps)

Ingrown hair? If your rub your elbow on things...it can irritate the hair follicle and case it to fester.
