Why is my hand going numb?

Question:

My left hand has been going numb regularly. It happens during the day and at night. Sometimes it's also my left foot and other parts of my body. My right hand gets very achy when I do anything for too long, while the left goes numb whether I'm doing something or not. What could it be?

sounds like poor circulation try excercizing more if that dont workd see your doctor could be arthiritis g to the doctor it maybe a sign of stroke !, better check it ! also high choresterol make that the bosy to go numb
