is an enlarged heart good after a major heart attack?

Had majot heart attack in 2004, I'm 46, woman,white,losted over 50% of heart function, it died.had x-ray done last week and it hadn't started getting enlared.Is this good or bad for my heart?

Any females have any idea what's going on "down there?"?
