no its is not of that u are getting old,it's of eating extra , which does not required ,we should eat three time a day at morning and at evning and t night.do not worry it will be all right if u will do not take tention . You look fine in your pic. GIve yourself a break. Keep exercise and eating healthy and you'll be just fine. Don't just stop eating because then your metabolism will slow a little too much.
