how do you keep your hair really healthy??

Question:
I have always wondered. my hair always seems dried out and not helthy. I want it to be more lively so it can look better.it is so long i have to use a lot of shampoo and conditioner so sometimes it looks greasey but not ever healthy

Answers:
The best way of keeping hair healthy is by eating right. Proper nutrition works for hair in the same way as it works for your whole body. Good sources of protein, plenty of water, and lots of fruits and vegetables. This is the secret to healthy hair.

Other Answers:
Only wash it every 3 days, when you use shampoo only use a bit. When you use conditioner use loads and let it sit for 5 minutes. Try not to blow dry and never on the hottest setting. I know this will be hard at first but I finally have good hair. Trust me!

read the ingrediants on what you put on your hair.some of the ingrediants harm your hair. I have really long healthy hair. I never blow dry or curl it. I never comb it when its wet. I never put hairspray or other unnatural chemicals in it. I never dye it.

mine is the exact same way!! but that's because mine's been colored so many times

Change of shampoo and conditioner for a month or so then change back again does the trick sometimes. Otherwise a healthy diet and even having some gelatine in your diet can help with the health and strength of hair and even nails.
Hair and nails tell a story about your body, if they are dry and cracked and brittle then hydration and diet need to be also looked at :)

Sometimes i use olive oil.spread over my hair and wait about 15 minutes. It can use as conditioner too.Or u just use milk ( no sugar) and use after use shampoo and conditioner..Remember try not to use dryer .
