what toll does stress take out on the body?

Question:
i have been under an enormous amount of stress with problems with my bf to upcoming midterms. i haven't been eating well as a result. could this cause me to pass out, especially with walking to and from classes? what are the effects of stress?

Answers:
Yes, dear. Your body is trying to TELL you to SLOW down and take a breath!! I KNOW emotional moments can RUIN a life much less slow it down! You have to look at the full picture. You KNOW you are WORTHY so take care of that person that God blessed you with and quit worrying what's not done or said about what! College can be stressful as it is. Tests make us uptight even when we KNOW deep down we KNOW that subject inside and out. You can convince your subconscience to break down just by being mentally stressed. This is ONLY hurting yourself. Take some 5 minute breaks in-between classes. Sit somewhere quietly and less people. Breathe in and out slowly. Close your eyes and meditate on good things. It's amazing what 5 minutes of rest can do - imagine helping yourself for a couple of hours every NIGHT!! Get to it, girlfriend! You deserve it!!!
stress can cause:
weight changes
Sore throats
ulcers
headaches
back, spine and posture problems
bad skin
hair can fall out
i suppose anything really

and yes if you dont eat right you are going to collapse
you are a clever girl and you know what vto do

good luck

well, stress can cause anything really. From not eating well to having a burn out. Can make your immune system weak and to the point of even passing out. But most likely the passing out you having could be caused from a lack of vitamin in your system and not eating well. But having yourself check wouldn't be a bad idea at all.
