I've been studying & dancing..what will I do to ease up my tired and stressful mind and body?

It's Summer, Go to the Beach or pool and take a nap in the sun. Apply the appropriate sunblock.

Listen to relaxing music, Christian Praise Music or even better listen to the waves roll in and out and seagulls and children playing.

Feel the soft breeze and the warm sun's rays on your skin. Lay down and breathe deeply. Say a prayer. (no mental to do lists) This is a time to just be. You are in a bathing suit and you can't do any work or dancing or even studying right now. If you are too warm to sleep take a dip in the water.

I love dancing. I took 3 hours of lessons last night after being on my feel all day. Tomorrow I'll be at the beach.

Ihaven't done much dancing but I have done a lot of studying. You should take a brake and enjoy the simpleness of life. take a walk around the park and see the sunset or something relaxing like that.
I heard yoga releases stress.
