Your insurance should cover it, even if your on assistance.This has always been my experience. Placement is an office procedure and can be VERY expensive. I would call your insurance company or ask about assistance.

For some reason, if you don't have insurance and don't want it. Call who ever placed it and ask them what the insurance companies normally reimburse them for placement. Ask if you can pay that amount
