Question: my aunt woldnt let my little cousin wear a tampon.and now she is totally afraid of even trying to wwear one.im just scared fo her.

Tampons carry a lot of health risks, as well as other issues, I personally would not let my daughters use tampons either – I wouldn't forbid them using tampons however I would educate them enough on their bodies so they are educated enough not to want to use tampons to begin with.

Your aunt is raising her daughter as she believes. Tampon usage carries risk and I wouldn't blame her at all for having her daughter use sanitary napkins until she is more mature.
