This is a Q for the girls with monthlys?

Question:
well i haven't had my periods for 6 wks now i hav them, now my blood is black not red, i know thats gross but i need help, please

Answers:
Mesntrual discharge can very in color because most of it isn't actually blood. There's only about two tablespoons of blood (give or take) per your whole period, and what this means is during that time your mesntrual fluids can look anywhere from brighter red (when it's more blood) to a dark brown (when it's "old" blood or much less blood).

During your period, you body is shedding the uterine lining, what would have been used as nutrient for a fetus if you had become pregnant. This uterine lining is what makes most of the mesntrual discharge (which is also why the conssistancy of one's period can be anywhere from very runny/liquidy, to like clots or globs
See your doctor.
