I had this problem once apon a time. Firstly, you should be starting off with smaller tampons--light flow ones. Plastic applicators are more comfortable than cardboard ones, but cardboard ones are easier to insert. Also, scented ones could irritate you down there.
A good way to find your "hole" is to use a mirror, and a good way to get it in is to lift up your leg, take a deep breath and insert it. Make sure the tampon is going in at a 45 degree angle. Make sure you take it out within 8 hours or you could hurt yourself. Good luck!
Is in the middle!!!
The Middle....
Relax......
I hate tampons anyway.
don't be freaked out by your own body. Use a handheld mirror to take a look at yourself "down there" and you'll see, the opening to your vagina is hard to miss. The tampon box should have an info sheet in it, use it. It has a diagram of your genitalia that you can refrence.
take a deep breath, you're about to become very familiar with this part of your body as you have years and years of periods ahead of you.
Calm down....take your time.....get a mirror and lie down.
It may take a few times.
You must be relaxed and sitting comfortably. You might need to ask your mother or an older woman to assist you because it is possible to put it in wrong...
