have they tried genetic counseling or stuff like that? here's one u havent heard. has she been to the chiropartor lately? if an xray is done on her spine, it can show if there are subluxations on the nerves that affect her reproductive organs. she should check it out. its not hard to fix and requires no drugs.

Technicaly if you go a year of trying with no results one or both partners are considered infertile. They need to go see an infertility specialist, They will run some tests on your sister, and a sperm count on your brother in law to try to decide the problem. If there is still no luck, there are drugs out that can help concieve, IVF (inseminating sperm manually by a MD), and adoption. Good Luck
