14 years old and stick thin?
Question:
Answers:
Be glad that you are thin. Many people tend to gain weight as they age. When you go to college you may gain the "freshman 15". After you have children you may have problems losing the "extra" weight. Gaining weight now may lead to even bigger weight problem later so don't gain any weight unless your doctor thinks that it is necessary.
You are young. You'll gain weight as you get older and go through and finish puberty. Don't worry about trying to gain weight now. You will. Continue to eat healthy and exercise regularily.
