Fisting?????????????? Ouch!?

Question: While it sounds painful and I doubt i'll try it, I was just wondering is fisting a sexual act that just recently became popular, or has it been around for awhile? I had never even heard of it until recently. Is it dangerous? Couldn't doing this possibly put a woman at risk for some internal damage?

its been around since man found he could do what ever he wanted to women as long as he used nice words to convince her...meaning its been around for ages and yes, when i was in high school a friend of mine was convinced this was a great thing for her because her bf wanted it so badly...the result a torn colon that require 3 hours of surgery, several stitches, an embarrassing run to the emergency room, several weeks of painful 'eliminations', no sex and a life time of scarring which resulted in having to tell every doc she has to see from then on....further result, her bf left...that was the only good thing about it.
