If you are 15 then you should be old enough to know that Goodnites are a pull-up type of diaper. There are no tapes or tabs to use, the slip on just like underwear so there isn't anything for you to do to "diaper" her with them other than to tell her to take off her panties and put on the Goodnites pull-up, even a 3 year old knows how to do that.

If she wets her bed that's one thing and not at all unusual, but if she is wetting her panties at school then it appears that there is something more involved here. She could have a valid medical reason for doing it or it could be something she is deliberately doing for attention.
