There are meds available for restless leg syndrome. Talk to your doctor.
you are dehydrated drink gatorade or something with electrolytes plus a whole lot of water I mean like go to the bathroom everyten minutes alot. Also call your doctor.
Even if you walk? I use to get that and walking for atleast 10mins everyday did the trick now I dont wory about it. Biking has helped me too.
Yes. Take a walk, stretch them. It's actually tiredness telling you to do something else (very often it means go to bed and sleep) but taking a brisk walk or other exercise can help too.
As far as studying goes, take an essay idea with you and think in time to the pace of your feet.
i get that to but when my girlfriend rubs my legs then it calms down then I'm good to go
Cut off your legs, then look to see if they still jump. If they do, then you have bigger problems then you thought. If they don't, then we found a cure.

this is all me!
It sounds alot like you have restless leg syndrome. Magnesium can help but you should talk to a doctor. Don't let them talk to you about stress or anything. I would recommend going to The People's Pharmacy website on Health Central for some herbal remedies. There also is a new drug out for people with restless leg.
I had a friend like that once, they could not control the jumpy leg syndrome, it went on for ages and ages, most of their life as far as I know, tried lots of solutions and none of them worked, change of diet, earlier sleep, longer sleep, staying in all day, staying out all day, nothing worked, we found out later it was all because my friend joey was a kangeroo.
I know exactley what your talking about..and I think I found an answer!!
My legs do the same thing.I think they call it "restless leg syndrome" What I found that works the best for me is to make sure that I'm drinking enough water or sports drinks to keep well hydrated, especially when its hot outside.
Restless Leg is probably a good description. I'm WM-55, I've got it, my mother also gets the same symptoms at age 80. Dr. suggested more water consumption, potassium suppliments, more evening walking exercise (at least 20 minutes or a mile), leg massage, whirlpool tub, and prescribed a medication called Clonazepam (Klonapin) in .5 or 1mg dosages if the homeopathic remedies didn't work.
My wife got real tired of me kicking her in my sleep and cramping of my lower legs can get so bad it wakes me up, so I started all of the above. My kicking has almost stopped completely, my cramping is down to maybe once a week. I do take .5 mg pills about 2 hrs b4 bedtime. It take a while for the meds to take effect. The later you take them, the more groggy you'll feel in the morning. Manage your dosage to match when you have to be active. Good luck in your search for relief.
I have the same problem. What I have found that helps is to get up and take a brisk walk for about 10 minutes. Also, you could check with your doctor if it would be o.k. for you to use quinine tablets. It's safe for most and does help..
