concerned about my back?
Question:
Answers:
Is this a new problem? Were you in an accident?
I would guess that you have some bones in you back that aren't moving properly. The majority of back pain comes not from bones being out of alignment, but rather from bones being stuck and unable to move.
It has nothing to do with lack of calcium, unless you have some very major metabolic problems, which you would be aware of this late in life.
What I would suggest is go see a chiropractor and have them help you out. If you don't have chiropractic coverage on your insurance, go see your M.D. and have them prescribe physical therapy. A physical therapist might be able to help you, but would be secondary to the easier fix from a chiropractor. If you don't have any insurance at all, then a chiropractor will definitely be the cheapest way to go for some quick relief. (Not that it would be SUPER cheap, but compared to going to an M.D. and then getting P.T. done by a therapist it would)
Good Luck.

I would go in to either your family doc to get a referral to an orthopedic surgeon, or directly to a ortho to get evaluated. If you want to get some basic lab work run by the family doc first for low calcium, etc.. that would be a start, but back pain like that needs to be evaluated.
Could be. but not at your age if that's your photo. Consider a chiropractor. may be u have some stones in ur kidney..go and see a doctor..coz i have the same problem u have..
It might not be due to just calcium. I would recommend to check with your physician. It is possible for a "slight" fracture on the vertebrate. When you deal with your back, it is important to get it checked!
You may have some discs out of adjustment, make an appointment with a chiropractor, he can help realign everything for you. You will be good as new.
You need to find out, see a Dr., and then maybe a chiropractor, you may need calcium but it could be something else. Dr. can do a bone density test which is painless. and then go from there. have doctor do xrays of lumbar spine you have bad disks that are alowing the bone to bone contact of the vertibre thats the poping and pain contact me i have had 4 back operations i know what u r going though
You need to check with a chiropractor and I am sorry.I will be easier on you!! ;-o
I think that you should go to the doctor before it gets worse. You don't want to hurt yourself anymore than you have already.
