wash daily with water, I wear a pad so I dont have to change my underware ten times a day. I do however change my underware daily. Hot days make you sweat more, and sex makes you discharge more.

(sexually transmitted disease) Also a yeast infection may cause an odor, but not always. And of course you need to bathe or shower every day. first of all i can smell that you can't spell the word right . and also tell me that which part of a women is called VIRGINIA First you need to get verification to see if you may have a yeast infection or vaginal bacteria infection. If you have a yeast infection, something as simple as PLAIN yogurt inserted will clear it up right away (STRAIGHT from the doctor's mouth himself.) But if you have a bacterial infection, you are going to need antibiotics to clear that up. Something so simple as having an unbalanced pH balance can make this occur. And if you douche, stop, because the vagina is a self cleaning body part. Too much help will make it become unbalanced in the pH which then leads to infections such as bacterial and yeast. Make sure whenever you get out of the shower, dry it completely. Whenever you're working out or sweaty from an activity, change your clothes as soon as possible, and also, avoid wearing underwear from time to time. (Bedtime, etc)
