i just cheated on my diet and drank a glass of soda what do i do?

part of my diet is that i dont drink soda or eat junk food the soda i drank wasnt even diet

first off breathe and second know that it is okay to indulge in those things from time to time, also after you drink soda because it is a dehydrator you need to re-hydrate your body so drink if I remember correctly it is twice the amount in water. Also water is a great way to flush your system out so it will help. Don't feel bad don't deny yourself everything or you will never lose any weight just compromise or you will just go right back to how you ate, don't go on a diet change your lifestyle and find a new way of life that works for you, one that keeps you happy but is better than it is now.

it is ok to treat yourself on sundays to a sundae or in your case a glass of soda. as a matter of fact do this on every sunday. that way you have something to look forward to during the week.
